Kranked is in the business of uphill performance. Measuring the Hyperdrive against other e bikes on Strava is a great way to see where we stand. It's not apples to apples, or is it?
Cumberland boasts a world class, now famous, up track that unlocks a golden mountain of nectar descents. This up track caught our attention and we decided to see what the Scott Gambler Hyperdrive could lay down in comparison to the 132 e bike rides that have been recorded on Strava to date.
The Gambler Hyperdrive hit 5 segment KOM's on this up track, getting the fastest time on every segment of the Full Climb from Yellow Gate.

The performance gain over the previous KOM for the whole climb (full climb from yellow gates) was an increase of 18.18% or 3 minutes and 27 seconds faster!
Cumberland is amazing! This is the north end of Comox Lake and was discovered by riding off the beaten track, following old trails and roads. Having the ability to go up and down random trails to discover gems like this on a Kranked Hyperdrive is full tilt awesomeness.
